Meet MADISON

MADISON QUEST is an outside hitter for the University of Wisconsin Women’s Volleyball team, driven by a competitive spirit on the court and a commitment to making an impact beyond it.

A two-time Gatorade Player of the Year and three-time state champion, Madison has become a role model for young athletes, showing that success can be achieved through hard work, integrity, and passion. She set every volleyball record at Divine Savior Holy Angels High School in Milwaukee, WI, where she became a symbol of excellence and determination.

Her achievements include being named the All-Time Kill Leader at her high school, a finalist for the Class of 2025 National Player of the Year, and earning a spot on the 2023 AVCA Phenom Watch List. She’s also a four-time First Team All-Conference honoree in the Greater Metro Conference, member of the WVCA All-Tournament Team, and a 2023 MaxPreps First Team All-American.

Off the court, Madison enjoys quality time with family and friends, spending time on the lake, cooking, and shopping. Her athletic roots run deep—her father, Matthew, played basketball at Wisconsin, while her mother, Pauline (a Badger from 1995–1998), played volleyball for UW. Madison wears jersey #10 in tribute to her mother’s legacy. She also shares a close bond with her younger sibling, Ryan.
